How it works

1PeelOne kit per unit. Wipe the wall, peel, press.

2StickAccess at the entry. Connect where the bags go down. Find on the thermostat. Report by the fridge.

3TapAny phone, no app. The right page opens. Camera scan works too.

A tag holds only a code. Everything it shows lives in your dashboard. Change the Wi-Fi or a door code, and every tag in every unit updates that second.

About

NIVIRUN started with one question from a property manager: why does every guest still have to ask for the Wi-Fi? We designed and printed the tag ourselves, installed the first 21 by hand in Summit County, Colorado, and built the dashboard around what managers and cleaners actually do all day.

The mission: make every rental as easy to use as a good hotel, for the guest and for the people who keep it running, without adding another app to anyone's phone.
